Happy New Year! I Resolve to be MORE Lean, Fit and Healthy! (doesn’t everyone?)

Wow! Can you believe another DECADE has gone by? It seems like just yesterday was the turning of the Millennium! The way time flies reminds me how SUPER IMPORTANT it is to take care of Ourselves. Another Year gone by. Did We Actually DO What We Committed To LAST New Year’s Eve???

My TOP 10 Best New Year Resolutions:

1. Create Statements to Envision Your Perfect Self!

I have a favorite saying to Visualize my Body at its Lean, Fit Best:
“I Am a Lean, Mean, Muscle Machine.”
You may chuckle, but this gives
me a quick phrase to visualize what I choose (rather than what I don’t want).

Remember, as we ride the wave of human consciousness,
what we place our Attention on is Called into Being.
Always envision and put attention on the best we can imagine.

“Imagination is more powerful than knowledge.” (Albert Einstein)
Quantum physics tells us when attention is placed upon particles
they move into form! How powerful our attention is!!!

2. NO MORE Negative Thoughts!

Creative Mind is much more powerful than our Logical Mind.
The Logical mind may “argue” “oh, but I’m fat or out of shape”
or whatever Nasty Negative Thoughts we have wallowed in  BUT~

3. Use Your Creative Mind to Envision Perfection!

Move molecules and Call Into Being our Perfect State!
Action follows!

4. Get a Source of Regular Encouragement, Inspiration!

When we feel better we become better people. Shop at the natural grocery, buy organic, support local growers, grow a garden. Breathe. Walk, move, smile more. Say YES!

10. Learn How to Take Action on Your Own Behalf to Be Your Best

What have you always wanted to do? Learn Spanish? Take Karate? Ride a bike 100 miles? Visit a National Park? Go to a foreign land? Learn to cook good food? Be a marksman? Bounce your child on your knee? Have Enough? See Peace On Earth?

Take a class, read a book, join a group;  renew capability to be our best. No man/woman is an island, we learn from one another, enrich lives by sharing, and we grow when we seek wisdom. Commit this year to learn something new  you can put into practice in your life to Be a Better You!!!

Hey Philip – glad you found us – your site looks like it will be a great resource. I am at heart all raw, vegan – but over many years I’ve learned how many people start and either can’t stick with it, or have friends and family they need to bring along. I teach dietary transition because it seems to give stepping-stones to many. Stay connected, as I’m sure your users will have friends, family and even themselves sometimes who need the path from here to there in order to stay on it. best to you! :) Cary
