Cary, Hi. I had something come up last week that I had to deal with and as a result let my connection with you drop through the cracks. I just wanted to let you know I am still around and when it works for both of us, I would like to briefly meet.

I believe I have two books that are now polished enough now to sell as email books. One is a little over 100 pages, one is around 176 pages.

I don’t get to the library that often to check my emails. So, my feedback response time is about a week. Best to you. Sam

Hello Cary,
I just read your comments and description of being vegetarian. Sorry to tell you but you were absolutely incorrect. Vegetarians do not abstain from just eating something with legs. Absolutely not!
A vegetarian does not eat anything that has lived, lived meaning in any way, i.e. shellfish, fish, or even gelatine made from animal by-product, but have to use vegetarian (seaweed, carregeen) gelatine. You very often hear people saying they are vegetarian but they eat fish, this too is incorrect.
I don’t understand where you got this strange idea from, but for correct information, go on the site of the The Vegetarian Society, in the UK.
For your information, being a vegan is a stricter diet, with no animal, fish, as with vegetarian, but also with no dairy products at all or clothing, furniture made from animal products e.g leather.

Hey Ruth – appreciate your comments! You know people are at so many stages of transition. Compassion for all those stages is good and keeping a light heart about how and what we do makes whatever we do healthier. I do understand the terms, and sometimes use them loosely or make comments to help others have an idea they can move along on the path. I’m glad you’re so passionate about it! Hi Cary,

I have been back in Pagosa many time since you and I met around 6 years ago . I was just back intown and am actively looking at property now. I met you friend Michele Smith, owner of the Satori boutique. We left late yesterday and throughly enjoyed the snow!!
