What Others Are Saying…

Cary Ellis walks her talk, living her life on the edge of human potential just as she inspires the rest of us to do.

I met Cary by ‘chance’ close to 10 years ago. I was very attracted to her genuine and bright presence, feeling as if we had known each other for ages; indeed, lifetimes. Through snowboarding, chats, or walks in the wild, I realized Cary is on a silent mission to energize the lives of those around her. Just a casual chat, or a bright and penetrating smile from her uplifts your spirits.
Cary has given me heaps of advice, guidance, and reassurance during my journey with my life’s major health challenge. When I asked if she knew of anything that would help my imbalance, she knew plenty and continuously sent me leads or suggestions. The majority of her suggestions were ’spot on’ ( as Kiwis say). No matter what form your contact with Cary may take, I am confident that your life experience will be enhanced.

My friendship with Cary Ellis began twenty years ago. My health at that time was not very good. Cary brought over to my house a huge box of books on nutrition and vegetarianism. She supported my changes in diet and led me gently into a whole new world of living. She showed me how to sprout seeds and shared recipes with me. Her inspiration helped to heal me from my illnesses and to continue thriving. I am the mother of five, and grandmother to nine beautiful grandchildren.

I’ve been genuinely impressed by the scope of Cary Ellis’ work and life experience. Cary is possessed of a rare combination of qualities. She is ferociously devoted to learning new skills, takes big action to implement immediately, and is undeniably on track to create big successes – not only for herself but for others as well – and to be an influencer of thought and deed in our culture.

A true visionary of our time, Cary Ellis is widely respected for her integrity, courage and dedication. She facilitates a rare gift of therapeutic healing with grounded practicality while embodying her vastness. She simply serves to activate us into our mastery, something that is available to us all. – Deeply insightful, Cary has inspired many to step free of duality to become vibrantly alive and awaken to a greater reality… Her message calls us to be real in an UNREAL world…Most often Cary is ahead of her time, expressing the inexpressible; filled with passion and love she has much to offer those on, or seeking their path. Cary is a true revolutionary of the Spirit…

Cary Ellis and I go way back to the early ’80s when we studied Body Electronics together with Dr. John Ray. We shared so many amazing experiences of “miraculous” healings. One that will always stand out for me was of her broken arm being fully healed through point-holding in a matter of 6 hrs.
When she first broke it doctors x-rayed her arm and wanted to do surgery… to put 2 metal pins in. As I remember, she questioned the wisdom of doing that and the doctors continued to put more pressure on her to be a good little patient until she ran out of the hospital and took matters into her own hands… The things we experienced were so out of the old paradigm that we still occasionally laugh and ask each other, “did that really happen?”
I know Cary as a tried and true friend on the Path to living an Enlightened Life, dedicated to both physical health expanding consciousness. I appreciate her uplifting presence in this world… as long as I’ve known her she has always lived in integrity by walking her talk… I know I can always count on her.

Cary has been my friend and soul sister for what seems to us “lifetimes” (since the early 1980’s). Her perception of the world and the way she sees herself in it has been an inspiration to me. She has added depth and dimension and has strengthened my awareness of who we are and why we’re here. Our ongoing dialogues bring together “pieces of the puzzle”, deepening our knowledge of how to raise the frequencies of our biology to levels of higher consciousness. She remains a blessing in my life.

I have known Cary for over 26 years , when we 1st met it was out in Michigan, She was wearing overalls and flannel shirt. I was convinced to try wheatgrass and didn’t get sick so she must have known I needed her guidance over next quarter century. She has been a friend , a confidant , person to share the future, past, and the world with. She is still sharing and writing about things that I know are important in this world.

The sparkling being that is Cary Ellis came into my life in 1995. In the many years since I first came to know her, she has filled many different roles in my life: companion, climbing partner, biking buddy, dietary advisor, and spiritual guide. However, more than anything, she has been my friend. Perhaps the most important thing I learned from her over the years, was the concept of being true to one’s self, and following what is in your heart. Because of this, Cary was, and still is, one of the most influential people in my life.

You can’t be around Cary without wanting to be more healthy. I’ve always taken care of myself, but her influence has made me get really focused on what I’m eating and when, and how active I’m being. It’s great to know someone who is such a good example, I would never have guessed her age in a million years if she hadn’t told me. Knowing Cary has encouraged and inspired me to be even more dedicated to taking responsibility for myself, and to realize no matter what anyone else is doing, that what I achieve with my own health and fitness is up to me!

The ebook is wonderful, and I think you’ve thought of many things I have never seen in Molly Katzen or my vegetarian cookbooks. I know you have done a heroic job creating this book of love, which you remind us should go into all cooking. You remind us to sprout, which is the first thing one forgets when in a hurry for a desperation dinner. Let me know when you’re “in print”. I can’t wait!

Cary helped me realize that eating healthy didn’t necessarily mean food would be boring. Recipes she taught me years ago, are still favorites and the foundation of my nutritional program for extreme fitness; my regular activities include weight lifting, snowboarding, surfing and cycling. I feel incredibly healthy and well-supported by the foods she taught me to eat. I can honestly say I very rarely get sick and when I do I know what to do to get myself feeling better right away.

I have known Cary since 1981 where we first worked together as co-directors of a living foods/oriented cancer center. I was first impressed with her strength and personal commitment to self-healing and personal growth. I’ll never forget her telling me about a time she jumped into a freezing stream for exhilaration. She is an inspiring teacher, coach and wellness advocate that has always been way ahead of her time. Cary brings a bold fearlessness to her life that is inspiring. She easily faces deep personal healing issues and then helps others by bringing them into the light of understanding.. Her passion for sharing visionary healing information is a consistent in her life. It has always been a pleasure to know this beautiful woman as she is a lifelong personal friend and visionary colleague.

I met Cary around 1980 when she was co-directing the Hippocrates Health Inst. in Michigan, now known as Creative Health. She has always been an encouragement and inspiration to me as I’ve explored my own journey into the “all raw” lifestyle, finding myself more healthy today at 65, than twenty years ago. A mutually supportive friendship has spanned many years, she even came along and assisted me in running one of my many ultra-marathons.

Cary Ellis is a brilliant super-nova in our lives. She brings a wealth of knowledge from real experiences about living our highest potential for all. Shhhh… here’s my little secret about Cary: Cary came from our beautiful future and is extending a helping hand with a twinkle in her eye to join her there…

My relationship with Cary takes place in the small mountain town where we live in the Rockies. She and I have worked on projects together ranging from land preservation and fighting unreasonable development, to spearheading community gardens. Our interaction encourages us both to continue affecting global change, from right here at home in our small community; her long-time friendship continues to inspire me to my own higher goals.

Cary has an incredible passion for researching and birthing new and exciting ideas. She is able to bring words and concepts together to build a bridge from the “old” to the “new” Earth. I have seen Cary only as an Initiator for good, who is creating change in the world.

When Cary brought Anthony Robbins to the Midwest, my young daughters and I jumped in with both feet. To this day, I attribute some of both daughters’ huge successes to the direction, example and friendship from Cary, who has always lived her passion. The then 8 year old, now 32, who assisted Tony in his firewalk lane and followed as a teen with Cary’s Dolphin Camp is now the Marketing Director for a Men’s Pro-Basketball Team. The then 11 year old, now 35, who assisted Cary during the firewalks, flourishes as a partner in a Progressive Dental Practice and is a national leader in her field.

Cary is a sister on the Path. Our many years of inspiring one another began during my time with wild dolphins. Our bonding took place in the ocean’s alchemical world where we were changed forever by a kind magic that can barely be transmitted in words. Radiance of our dolphin friends permeates both our lives to this day, and is certainly an element that enhances Cary’s path and life, that makes her work so penetrating and effective.

Cary is a wonderful friend who reminds me to think in ways outside the box. I can rely on her for suggestions on how to get well when little things bother me. She helped me get rid of hives that plagued my pregnancy, and she reminds me to keep it healthy!
